Special Orders
Special occasion or gift, I would love to make something for you! All bead sets, focal beads and skeleton keys are available to be made into one of a kind pieces. Or, if you would like some beads made just for you in specific colors and design, no problem! Please send me an email at kwglass329@gmail.com, so we can chat about it. Once we agree upon item(s) to be made, I ask for a 50% deposit before starting and payment in full before shipment.
Can I clean my beads and/or jewelry?
Yes! Over time your beads and the silver will get naturally dirty from oils on your skin, lotion and sweat. Oxygen and other natural elements will also tarnish the silver. I recommend cleaning your beads/jewelry from time to time with mild soap & warm water.
In time Sterling Silver will oxidize, it looks tarnished and darkens. Some people like this look. But, if you would like them to be sparkly there are many silver cleaners available that are inexpensive and will brighten them up to like new condition. Do not dip the skeleton keys or any elements with pearls. After dipping them in cleaner, I do recommend rinsing them with a little bit of dish soap and warm water. Gently dry them off or let them air dry on a paper towel.
You can also use a silver polishing cloth. I do not recommend using silver paste, it is to hard to get out of all the nooks and cranny's!
How can I pay?
We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.
Is your site secure?
Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?
No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart before making final purchase. Any order over $100 receives FREE shipping (within the continental US). If you live local and would like to save in shipping and pick up your purchase, I will send you a code to enter at checkout so you are not charged for shipping. In most cases purchases are shipped the same or next business day. If there is any delay, I will contact you. All items will ship via USPS. If you require insurance email me for a quote.
Combined Shipping
I will combine shipping for multiple orders placed within 24 hours of each other. It is important to me to get your purchases to you in a timely manner. If you have any questions about combining shipping, please get in touch with me.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me right away. If you wish to return them, I will refund the cost of your purchase less postage once I receive them in their original condition.
