These fun focal necklaces are some of my favorite! They combine my love of color and flowers. After many layers of color and free form drawing with hairline stringers of glass I then inlay with some of the most beautiful murrini from some of my favorite glass artists. This particular focal is made of royal blue, and teal with accents of silver laden glass.

These large hole glass beads are placed on an 18" leather cord. The clasp is made of base metal. All beads were created by me one at a time in my home studio.  Made with Double Helix, Effetre, CiM and Reichenbach glass. Murrini made by Elena Hernburg.  

The bead holes are approximately 1/4" with Sterling Silver bead caps on each end. Bead measurements are: 1 1/4" W x 1" H

All of my beads go directly from flame to kiln. They are properly annealed in a digitally controlled kiln for strength and durability. Then each one is cleaned and inspected to be enjoyed for a long and happy life.
